About me

Hey, my name is Janiek Bont. I am a communication student. I’m currently in my third year and I have been enjoying studying communication so far. Over the last few years I have learned loads of new things and I was able to find my passion for (graphic) design.

Before I started the study “communication”, I decided to study interior design. During the program I found out that interior design was not something I was interested in doing for the rest of my life. I got my degree and searched for something that suited me more. Eventually, I found the combination of communication and design. During my time studying interior design I developed some creative skills and found out that I really wanted to pursue that.

In my spare time I am interested in drawing, which also developed more during the time I was studying interior design. In that time, I learned to draw floor plans, we had classes about color psychology, and we learned to draw 3D sketches, which was really interesting. Something else that I enjoy doing in my spare time is reading, especially English books, I love cheesy love stories. Other than that, I like to meet up with my friends and spend time with my family and just enjoy life!
